• Facilitate the process of budgeting for AVAADA and monitor the performance of departments and the organization against the defined budget performance parameters
• Forecast working capital requirements of the organization and manage funding through equity and debt capital
• Structure capital for funding expansions and negotiates with Financial Institutions and banks.
• Manage the risk of foreign exchange rate fluctuations
• Manage the investments of surplus capital by identifying, evaluating, and selecting investment and divestment opportunities

• Coordinate with engineering to gather comprehensive details around land requirements which will yield maximum returns to the investors  

• Maintain a high profile with external property contacts by establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with local authorities, local agents, landowners, and other developers within Avaada’s focus area  
• Develop and maintain companywide land appraisal system and various internal procedures involved in investigating, reporting, and ultimately purchasing land  
• Lead land acquisition opportunities for specified geographical areas and develop a detailed knowledge of development opportunities and competitor activity within the area  
• Enter negotiations and formulate offers to pursue land opportunities to meet company land requirements, and within annual budgets and forecasts

• Prepare process inputs for applying to permits applications for innovative projects.
• Prepare Process specifications for budgetary proposals/ feasibility / concept phases studies.

• The candidate shall help the team in floating RfP for sourcing electrolysers. He will assist in answering technical queries by bidders
• The candidate will help the team evaluate the technical proposal and suggest modifications. He will recommend/present the same to the management.
• The candidate shall help prepare a detailed requirement for the manufacturing of electrolysers in terms of raw materials, capital equipment, etc.
